Mostrim lose to Ballymore

Mostrim's postponed first round championship match with Ballymore was played on Saturday 11th June in Michael Fay Park. Though Mostrim were short a few regulars due to injury, suspension and general unavailability, it was felt by many that they would still prove too good for the junior club. However the Ballymore team looking fit and strong were out to make a point and did so in some style with some good scores. Though Mostrim played better in the second half, Ballymore were not flattered by the winning score. Final score Mostrim 0-13 Ballymore 2-12
